Who can send a notice

The rights holder or their representative: an author, performer, label, publisher or heir, as well as a person whose image or voice was used without consent.

What happens next

  • The track is immediately hidden from all Charts pages and its author is notified.
  • A moderator reviews the notice, usually within a few business days. We may ask you or the author for more information.
  • If the notice is confirmed, the track is taken down permanently. If not (for example, the author proved their rights), the track is restored.
  • We reply to the email address given in the notice.

Responsibility of the sender

By sending a notice you confirm that the information in it is accurate. The sender is responsible for a knowingly false notice.

Other ways

If the form does not fit your case, write to the 6io support chat: include the track link, who you are, what the infringement is, what proves your rights, and an email for our reply.
